Hip Pain Symptoms, Prevention & Treatment

Hip Pain

Many runners experience some pain in their hips during or after running. But just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s something you should ignore—if you do, it could lead to injury.

Your hip alignment could possibly be off. You might have poor posture, or you might have a habit of imbalance, such as always carrying your purse or laptop bag on the same side.

There are a number of things it could be: a stress fracture, a strain in your hip flexor, bursitis or something else entirely.

Learn more about what that pain in your hip is, how to fix it and how to prevent it in the future.
