Time to get back in shape! Build the engine (muscles) that burns the fuel
(the food you eat). Starting in our 30s, our metabolism begins to slow down
as we naturally start to lose lean muscle mass. The rate of loss accelerates as
we age, but we can rebuild muscle with strength training! Change your body
composition, help stabilize your joints, improve flexibility, feel stronger, and
feel great! In this class, you challenge, strengthen and stretch every muscle
group in your body to achieve balance, energy, confidence, better mobility,
and an increased metabolism. No strength training experience necessary,
beginners welcome and encouraged! It’s never too late to get stronger.
