Did you get off track during Covid??? Did your eating & exercise get off track??? Did you miss people and want to connect with like minded people??? Do you need someone to hold you accountable and motivate you?? If you said yes, please join us on: Tuesdays at 12 pm (one hour program) starting May 25th through June 29th. Meet in the Ballroom at the DLCCC for a short discussion and then an active time. The activity will change each week and will be modified to fit all fitness levels. Each person will decide their goal (s) for the program and then a trainer will customize the plan to meet the goal (s). Join Nancy Hebert, certified personal trainer as she gets you back on track!!!
