Looking to improve your golf game or to prepare for the upcoming golf season? One of the best ways to do so, is by strengthening your body to perform at it's very best. Whether you area scratch golfer or a 20+ handicap, you will undoubtedly reach new levels by completing the Fit for Golf 8-week program. Golf Specific training for both injury prevention and performance enhancement. - Target hip and core strength - Dynamic exercise patterns - Isometric and explosive exercises - Exercises to increase flexibility and range of motion. - Increase Range of Motion (ROM) - Increase swing speed - Increase core strength - Increase muscle activation Adaptable programs for all levels of golf and fitness. Instructor: Nathan Clark; MN Licensed Athletic Trainer, Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer; BS Exercise Science; over 15yrs of experience in performance enhancement and injury prevention. Dates: March 16-May 11; no class on 3/30 Cost: Members: $140 for all classes or $20 per class.; Non-Members: $180 for all classes or $25 per class. Location: Large Fitness Studio at DLCCC Day/Time: Saturdays, 11a-12pm
