This season session is online class through Zoom for covid-19. You need device and wifi network for attend.
Thursday classes will be held at Culver West, this may change to zoom do to weather, heat condition. Instructor will notify participants in advance.
wear walking shoes or non slip socks and comfortable clothes, a pair of handheld weights(1-3lbs), bottled water. a chair for your balance support.
