High Fitness is an aerobic, high energy, cardio class that jams out to pop music. You won't stop moving and grooving! Bring water and your own mat!
*Masks required.
*PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE HERE FOR A FITNESS CLASS! You must leave the rec center after the fitness class or CHECK BACK IN at the front desk if you would like to stay and workout on the weight room floor.
