We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, February 15, 2021.
This class helps youth develop sound mechanical skills, coordination and strength. Gymnasts receive basic instruction in tumbling and all gymnastic equipment.
Participants should wear leotards and spandex shorts for girls; sweat pants and t-shirts for boys and preschool age; tie long hair in a ponytail; please do not wear jewelry.
Due to COVID-19 1. There will be no open viewing of classes, participants will need to be dropped off outside of the building and picked up outside of the building when class is finished. 2. Students will be required to wear a face mask into the facility, will be allowed to take the mask off once inside of the gymnastics gym for training, but then will have to wear the mask to exit the facility when class is over. 3. Participants will need to bring to each practice. They will need to have a water bottle and hand sanitizer in their bag for use during practice. We will not be using the cubbie holes so they will need to arrive at practice in the proper attire and ready to practice. Shoes will be removed and placed into their bag during practice. 4. Coaching staff will be wearing face masks during entire practice.
