Breathing, mindfulness and heat building yoga sequences are integrated into this Vinyasa (flow) class. Incorporating the presence of movement with breath, this class will include a variety of yoga poses geared toward balance, posture and core strength. Linking together alignment, sun salutations, standing and seated postures, participants will observe improved flexibility, range of motion and the power of breath awareness. Open to all levels.
