This class is suitable for both new and continuing students preferring a less vigorous version of a Yoga 1 class. Move through poses to increase flexibility, strength and balance while emphasizing mindfulness and breath awareness. Yoga props used. Modifications offered so you can comfortably achieve the benefits of each pose. Must be able to get up and down from floor. Bring a yoga mat and towel. Yoga blocks and straps are recommended.
