This class is for the beginner who want to learn the slow and gentle movements of Tai Chi. In this class you will learn to improve your muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, relaxation and concentration. You will be doing the standing Tai Chi forms which are easy to learn and practice through breathing exercises, full body stretches, core, leg strength and balance exercise.
