Pilates is the ultimate mind-body exercise program. Exercises incorporate multiple repetitions, mixed tempos, added equipment and reformer-like movements. Strengthen your legs, arms and core, increase your flexibility, and reduce stress! Focus is on core, balance, breathing, and alignment. Bring your own mat and ball. This class can be modified and use of toys is optional. Class is held online via Zoom.
