Enjoy a cutting-edge, safe and progressive method of barre training that
lengthens and strengthens your muscles and improves your flexibility and
posture. This fun class gives you great results! This class will be held virtually. You will receive a welcome email with more information including the class link within 48 hours of the first class. You must have a device (computer or tablet) that is capable of supporting Zoom.
