This entry-level Tai Chi course teaches Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang), Qigong (The Eight Section Brocade), and basic Tai Chi movements to build muscle strength and balance, raise self-consciousness, and enhance the flow of energy. Certified through the Tai Chi Club in Shanghai, instructor Min Peng is excited to help students grow mindfulness and ease bodily tension. Pre-registration is required; space is limited.
