A yoga class for all abilites. Yin Yoga is a gentler way of being with the body and drawing you closer to your inner self. We hold poses for a little longer, increasing our felxibility, mobility, and range of motion as we stregnthen our connective tissues and stabilize our joints. Yin Yoga aslo helps the body release long-held tensions and emotions and it feels like you just had a massage!
