Join Brooke for this 6-week journey into Yoga, offering an easy flow to develop a clear and safe understanding of yoga postures and finding your breath using the fundamentals. The class uses a sequential approach to promote purposeful movement of the body, while building strength and developing balance. This connection of breath and movement sets the tone for every yoga practice, while exploring a variety of postures and developing your yoga foundation. This class is designed with everyone in mind and is for every body, modifications can be made to accommodate everyone. All are welcome.
*Please bring a yoga mat, block and towel.
