2023 yellow tags will be available ONLINE until December 21. Tags purchased ONLINE after December 22 will be the 2024 green tags. 2023 tags will be sold in person (Stuart Community Center or Borough Hall) until 12/29/23.
Please note: 2023 trash collection stickers ($6.92 each) will expire on 12/31/23. 2024 trash collection stickers ($7.92 each) will go into effect on 1/1/24.
Purchase Carlisle Borough Trash Collection Stickers ONLINE and have them delivered right to your door! After your order is received your delivery will take place within 2-4 business days. Minimum order: 2 stickers

- 2023 tags can be exchanged for 2024 IN PERSON (pay the difference)

Under the trash program (starting 1/1/23), you can leave out up to 40 pounds of trash in a bag or reusable container of your choice. If you need to dispose of more than 40 pounds of trash in one week, you will need to place the additional trash in bags and purchase trash collection stickers to attach to each additional bag. Each bag must weigh no more than 40 pounds once filled. Place trash curbside no more than 24 hours before your designated pick-up day.
