Tri-Clinic will be taught by Nicki Atkinson, certified USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach with two decades of experience competing in triathlons herself. The goals of Tri Clinic are to develop efficient swim technique, prepare swimmers for open water swimming, and develop swim conditioning. This class is appropriate for all levels of Triathletes, from beginner to seasoned veterans, and is appropriate for all distances of competition. Depending on the number of enrollments, the group may be split based on skill and ability, however every swimmer will find benefit from the class content.
