6th-8th Grade; 6:00-6:30pm: Join Chris Colaner, certified yoga instructor for young people, in a middle-of-the-week yoga break. Warm-ups begin with a breathing exercise followed by brain and body boosters. Students learn how to fluidly flow through a set routine of yoga poses and are introduced to new poses each class. Music, meditation and calming exercises help to reach a mindful state of peace by the end of each class.
These classes are one-time-only, meaning you will need to register for each individual date that you wish to attend. Class will be online, using Zoom.
Please note, this is a virtual/online one-time-only class that can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smart phone. To fully participate, you will need access to the internet during the class time, and a built in camera/microphone on your device or a webcam if you'd like to communicate directly with the instructor.
