A unique distance with a quirky theme, this race takes carbo-loading to a new level. Participants run a 6K, but the halfway point of this event is unlike any other. Runners will stop at a local Krispy Kreme, where they must eat a dozen glazed doughnuts before completing the second half of the race.

Run a 5K through downtown St. Charles and finish along the Missouri River. Participants will receive a Santa hat, beard, T-shirt, gloves and bag. The overall men's and women's winners receive an engraved milk bottle, and all finishers will receive a holiday ornament medal. Lastly, don't forget to bring the kids for the Snowman Shuffle!

This zombie-infested run is one of a kind. Test your speed, endurance and strength while trying to avoid the frightening creatures around you. Runners will have flags that represent their health and zombies will try to steal them. Runners must make it to the finish line with at least one flag or they will become one of the walking dead.
