Who wears short, shorts? You wear short, shorts. Or at least you can, if you regularly exercise your legs.
Tighten, tone, and trim your legs with these two moves, and then throw on your favorite pair shorts or skirt to reveal how sculpted they are.
Find a bench or sturdy platform that you can jump on. Stand a couple feet from you bench. Relax your shoulders, lift your chest up, and engage your core. Bend slightly at the knees and then jump onto the bench. As you land onto the bench, make sure you're in a squat position. Don't let your knees go past your ankles. You can step back into the start position or jump down and land in a squat position.
Find a wall, stand tall with feet hip-width apart, and place your back against it. Slowly lower down like you're sitting in a chair. You'll probably have to walk your feet out slightly. Make sure your knees are at a 90-degree angle and do not go over your ankles. Lift your arms up so they're parallel to your legs. Hold.
