Get this jammed packed 1 ½ hour workout! In Body Core you will be working with light dumbbells focusing on getting stronger and improving balance. In Essentrics you will train the muscles to be equally as strong as they are flexible by simultaneously strengthening and stretching. The program is aimed at rebalancing all muscles and joints.
Bring a mat, towel and bottle of water.
