Pass. Set. Spike! Discover the new net sport similar to volleyball. Learn rules and game play, practice the fundamentals of serving, hitting, and spiking, and develop skills to hit the ball off the net so that the opposing team cannot successfully return it. Engage in active games, drills, and friendly competitions. Wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes.
