INSTRUCTOR: MOLLY MASTRANGELO, FIREFLY YOGA LOCATION: Lower School Dance Room D2-6 6 WEEKS ++PLEASE NOTE - NO CLASS ON 2/20++ PICK UP IS ON THE STREET SIDE OF THE BUILDING CLASSROOM DOOR AREA OUTSIDE OF THE CLASSROOM FACING STATE ROAD 535 EACH STUDENT MUST BRING THEIR OWN MAT ATTIRE: Comfortable shorts/leggings and t-shirt is the best choice for this class. Uniforms are fine as well. Join us each week for an hour of zen, breath, relaxation by way of yoga. We are fortunate to have Molly who teaches at both Firefly and YogaMix, join us this session. Molly has had extensive training in yoga, choreography and professional performance as well. We invite our 1st and 2nd grade students to bring their mat and invest in long-term health and well-being goals. No prior practice of knowledge of yoga is required but a mat is...we cannot provide mats. A bespoke class, tailored just for our WPS students, to end the day on a mindful note.
