INSTRUCTOR: Emily Blomquist LOCATION: LOWER SCHOOL ART ROOM PICK UP IS IN THE CLASSROOM 8 WEEKS Calling all girls who are curious, creative, and love a little sparkle! In this community school program, girls will step into the “Cosmetic Chemistry Lab”, where they will mix, measure, and make fun beauty products they can actually use at home. Lab coats and spa robes add an extra touch of magic as they transform into mini cosmetic chemists! Throughout the sessions, participants will: make bath bombs, bath salts, and sugar scrubs. Create face masks, cleansers, and their own signature scents. Personalize a toiletry bag to store all their special creations & experiment safely with ingredients while learning the basics of chemistry! Each session is a perfect blend of science, creativity, and self-expression, giving girls the joy of crafting their own spa-worthy products while building confidence and hands-on skills.
