20 minutes of non-impact strength training, incorporating balance, core work and upper/lower body strengthening, including floor/mat work followed by 20 minutes pilates/core and 20 minutes restorative stretching in a safe-socially distanced format. Various hand weights used, bring your own or sanitized options provided, (instructor will touch base weekly for sizes). Suitable to all fitness levels. Participants must bring their own mat.
Optional 20 minute outdoor warmup walk in the park before class (9:30 am - meet in front of barn), weather permitting.
