Join Lauren for a 60 minute Vinyasa style yoga flow! You will move with your breath to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Enjoy the various benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat, when you join Lauren or a fun and invigorating flow! Please bring your own mat. Classes will be held at Edgewater Park in Williams Bay.
