Tai Chi is an ancient, Chinese form of exercise perfect for adults seeking stress reduction while strengthening muscles, improving balance, and increasing flexibility. The repetitive patterns (Forms) emphasize slow, flowing motions and controlled movements. This series of introductory classes will help beginners learn the Forms while allowing regular practitioners to practice them in the beautiful gardens.
