Stretch & Flex uses many easy stretching exercises to help the joints, muscles, and with range motion. Exercises are done sitting in a chair which takes stress off the hips, knees and lower back. Done to a variety of music, tempos, rhythms, and patterns to help with memory and coordination skills. Gain more flexibility, balance, and mobility. During the hour, students will warm up, work the waist, arms, legs, and all muscles on the body with no stress sitting in a chair. The class uses many deep breathing techniques to help with every day stress and it's fun!
