Description
Join us at Luscher Farm for a hands-on workshop led by Bee Master Carol Yamada of the Lake Grove Garden Club. Get to know your native Northwest bees and discover identification tools for determining which bees are visiting your garden, and take home tips and tricks on building native bee populations in your own garden or yard. Native bees are the most important pollinators of wild plants, helping to maintain ecosystem diversity. In addition, bees help feed the world: One out of every three bites of food we eat needs a pollinator to reproduce. Protecting the bee population is critical.
