Talking About Paintings, Together An Intimate Crit Group Conversation w/Stuart Shils Saturday, February 25, 2023 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm A guided three-hour conversation with Stuart Shils as the commentator, provocateur and moderator, talking about your paintings.
You'll bring along 3 representative paintings no larger than 40 inches max but, size is not necessarily better and certainly of no necessary importance. The paintings could be 10- or 12-inches square, like Vermeer. Art is about quality and not size.
In the course of conversation, we might also look at some slides of masters as reference and commentary on what we are doing.
Two separate sessions, Saturday February 25th, 3 hours in the morning and then 3 hours in the afternoon. Please send in advance, images of the work you're intending to bring.
