Color Theory - Translating Value to Color w/Laurie Daddona A two Friday workshop Friday, March 10 & March 17 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
In this workshop we will focus on translating value to color. Understanding the value of each color as it relates to your work is most important. If your values aren't right, your painting won't work, even if you have beautiful colors. We will create our own value scale and then focus on our colors and where they fall on the value scale. These exercises in color theory will give you a better understanding of how to translate your value study into a cohesive, beautiful painting.
