Keep celebrating Cinco de Mayo, by learning to make (and enjoy) some favorite (or soon-to-become favorite) Mexican-American dishes. In this hands-on cooking class participants will learn to prepare the following: Blackened Salmon Tacos with Avocado Mousse; Portobello, Eggplant & Red Pepper Tacos with Lime Crema; Chicken Tinga Tacos with Refried Black Beans and Roasted Tomato Salsa; and for dessert yummy crumbly Polvorones de Canele (Mexican cinnamon cookies) with Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce.
