MUSCLE is a class designed for all levels of fitness. The series of exercises is designed to develop muscular tone, strength, balance, and agility. Strength training helps to reduce body fat and preserve your muscle mass and bone density. You will feel strong and empowered after this 6-week program! This course will meet on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm.
Age: 13 and up
Course begins Tuesday February 2, 2021 - March 9, 2021.
Early Bird Registration by January 19 (SAVE $10).
