Zumba Fitness is a mix of Latin rhythms which are fun and help build your cardio strength and shed pounds at the same time! Zumba Bootcamp helps improve cardio strength along with body strength and definition by utilizing you own body weight in different exercises incorporated into your already awesome Zumba Workout! Don't miss out on this wonderful way to lose weight without even realizing your doing it because the classes are so much fun! All levels of experience are welcome.
