Summer Solstice Sunset Serenity: Sound Meditation & Nature Therapy
Welcome the Summer Solstice as the sun sets over the serene Meadowlark Botanical Gardens with an evening of deep relaxation, an immersive sound journey, and nature therapy (forest bathing) on Friday, June 19, 5:45pm-8:45pm.
This restorative experience blends nature therapy to reconnect with nature and awaken your senses, along with immersive sound meditation to quiet the mind and attune to the rhythms of the land. As the sun’s golden glow fades into twilight, you will be held in the soothing resonance of singing bowls, chimes, and drums.
What to ExpectEnjoy the gardens, slow down, awaken your senses, share in a community-of-the-evening, and close with tea and light snacks. Sound meditation offers restorative soundscapes to release tension and cultivate inner calm. Nature therapy (also known as forest bathing) supports stress relief, wellness, creativity, and a sense of belonging through mindful and sensory invitations to reconnect with nature within and around you.
We'll move gently—up to one mile on varied terrain—with every invitation adaptable. No experience needed; just bring your curiosity and presence.

• Join Us!
• Registration: $70 per person early bird through June 1, or $80 per person starting June 2. Open to ages 18 and up. All attendees are participants. Online registration is required.
• Arrival: We’ll meet at the Visitor Center and start check in 15 minutes before the program start time. Please give yourself time to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can begin together.
• Bring: A water bottle and extra layers to add during the sound meditation and as the sun sets and cools the air, and anything else to make yourself more comfortable while laying down during the sound meditation.
• Wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes for outdoors.
• Weather: Programs run rain or shine unless conditions are hazardous.

• Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued only if your space can be filled from the waitlist and your cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the program.
