About this event
Description
This class is a perfect intro to camping! Never been before and want to learn some of the basics? Or just want to pick up some new tips and tricks? Come and pitch a tent, learn how to make some handy knots, and build a campfire. Participants will even get to enjoy some tasty smores!- Program Fee: $12 per participant for ages 8 and up.
- Participants: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Any attendee over 8 (to include adults) is considered a participant.
- Registration: Registration closes the day prior to the program. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PREREGISTER.
- Day of: Meet at the nature center. Please call the nature center at 703-528-5406 if you are running late or can no longer attend.
