About this event
This is our Senior Lifesaving Sport Practice designed to prepare and train swimmers for competition. Swimmers should be swimming comfortably at the Gold level, willing and able to train with our top athletes. Show up at 2pm for the dryland portion of the practice. There are no practices January 25th and February 22nd due to pool closures.
