This is our Senior Lifesaving Sport Practice designed to prepare and train swimmers for competition. Swimmers should be swimming comfortably at the Gold level, willing and able to train with our top athletes. Show up at 3pm for the dryland portion of the practice. The VAC pool is closed Jan 20th, Feb 7th and Feb 21st due to a swim meet. On those days, swimmers will be provided other options.
