8:30 - 9:30 am (1 hour session) Classes on the following dates: 7/10 7/30 8/6 8/13 8/20 Each session begins with centering breath work and a Yin style warmup, flows into postures that challenge strength, flexibility and balance and ends with an extended Savasana to seal your practice. All levels welcome! Bring a mat, blanket or beach towel and blocks if you have them! In the case of inclement weather conditions, class will be rescheduled or relocated to an indoor/covered location. $18/session $75/5 session package rate
