Yoga for Stress is a class that will focus on practices that will increase body awareness and mindfulness through asana (postures), breathwork and mediation. A variety of yoga "styles" such as yin, yoga nidra, and restorative will be integrated into weekly sessions.
All participants must bring own mat and water.
Participant is responsible for bringing the following items;
- Bring your own yoga mat
- Bring own water
