If you're missing your old intramural days or you're looking for a little friendly competition, the Tampa YMCA Adult Flag Football League allows you to enjoy a sport you've always loved, get active and meet new friends. This will be an Adult 6v6 Coed league. At the Y, we emphasize sportsmanship and fair play while supporting healthy competition. You'll perfect your dribbling, refine your shooting and improve your endurance as you workout alongside your new teammates.
There is no "Team Registration" but individuals can sign up to be on the same team that way. - We have a "Free Agent" option in which we place individuals without a predetermined team on another team with an open roster sport. Must have 3 males and 3 females on the field at one time.
