We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
This class will focus on a combination of skills from stage 1 and 2. Beginner participants will focus on developing comfort with underwater exploration and basic self-rescue skills. More advanced swimmers will refine the above skills while working on body position and control, directional change, forward movement and safe water entry/exit.
