This activity is closed to further registration.
Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Instructor: Yesika Flores
Choose which day of the week you would like to attend in-person class. If the option you would like is full, select the waiting list. Wednesday class: November 2-December 21, 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Friday Class: November 4-December 16, 10:00-11:00 a.m. NOTE: Library and Community Center renovations may impact this class/program in the future. Classes could be moved to another location, become virtual or be postponed depending on space availability.The class you have selected will be in person at the Gymnasium, Takoma Park Recreation Center, 7315 New Hampshire Avenue. If you would also like to have the option to attend virtually, see this option.
