Description

This activity is closed to further registration.

Beginner's Class Description:

Increases comfort with underwater exploration and introduces basic self-rescue skills performed with assistance. Encourages forward movement in water and basic self-rescue skills performed independently.

Skills to Master:

Submerge bob independently

Front glide assisted, to wall, 5 ft.

Water exit independently

The rest of the skills will be shared on the first day of class.
