Witt Natatorium
Saturday, March 2 and / or Sunday, March 9
10:00am
Bring swim suit, towels and goggles.
Participants may attend one or both of the Pre-Course Assessments and must pass pre-test to register for the Lifeguard Certification Class.
Pre-Course Assessment Test includes:
150 yard swim, Tread water for 2 minutes without use of hands, 150 yard swim
10 lb. brick retrieval from deep water in less than 1 min. 40 sec.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. unaided
Must be free from physical and mental impairments that would limit from accomplishing specific tasks such as visual acuity and various audio ranges.
With successful passing of Pre-Assessment class, participant will register (additional fee) for and must attend ALL Lifeguarding Classes including online:
Online Course Work: Information will be given on completion of pre-course. All online work must be completed prior to start of in person classes on March 14.
In Person Classes: Bring swim suite, goggles, multiple towels, snack and lunch.
Friday, March 14, 6-9pm
Saturday, March 15, 9am - 5pm
Sunday, March 16, 9am - 5pm
All customer-initiated program / activity withdrawals are entitled to receive a household credit for the program fee minus a 15% refund processing fee.
NTPRD reserve the right to cancel or postpone any program / activity upon which the customer is entitled to a full refund of the program fee in the form of a check
