Pilates is stretching and strengthening. This class focuses on core awareness, strength, balance and flexibility. You should be comfortable with sitting or lying on the floor. Bring a mat and water bottle. The class format will be adjusted with the latest safety recommendations including strict social distancing of 6' or more. Face coverings are required.
Covid-19 symptom questions will be ask and temperatures may be taken upon arrival.
Special Events / Single Day Events / Instructor Provided Classes
All customer-initiated program / activity withdrawals are entitled to receive a household credit for the program fee minus a 15% processing fee if requested prior to the original registration deadline as published in activity guide. After registration deadline, no refund or credit will be issued.
NTPRD reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program / activity upon which the customer is entitled to a full refund of the program fee in the form of a check or household credit.
NTPRD is not responsible for technical difficulties or disturbances before, during or after video, virtual classes or posting of programs.
