Description
We take the work out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Get a total workout that combines all elements of fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. *attend virtual, outdoor or a little mix of both
Program held in-person by instructor, but also live streaming virtually via Zoom link. Make sure to include a preferred email when registering. Zoom link provided in receipt after registration.
