About this event
The Sho Than K’e Ho Chi Dok: Land and Peoples Relationship Ways Mentorship Program 2026, led by Elder Copper Joe Jack, leads participants to learn about Indigenous values to address environmental and social challenges. Grounded in the principles of the Land and Peoples Relationship Model, Elder Copper Joe Jack will guide participants through an 5-month program on building respectful, caring, and collaborative sustainability solutions. Those who complete the virtual program may apply for an optional, land-based gathering in late Summer 2026 that deepens learning through direct experience with Elders and the land. Designed for researchers, Indigenous youth, and decision-makers in diverse sectors, this virtual learning space will create space for collaborative and practical application of the tools and knowledge shared in this course. By fostering mentorship across generations, the program allows Copper Joe Jack to pass on his teachings while empowering others to carry this work forward with care and responsibility. www.respectcareshare.ca
