Weights and cardio combined to elevate your fitness, shape your body, and burn calories! This HIFT class is a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) techniques and functional movement patterns. Pair short bursts of high intensity cardio moves with resistance tools and get a great workout! Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels and will focus on posture, strength, agility, flexibility and endurance. This class is for anyone looking to boost their current fitness program or get back into one.
This class is included in your MYPASS membership or by paying the regular drop-in admission. Please check in with front desk when you arrive.
