Enjoy our fabulous spring weather while discovering the joy of unifying body, mind and spirit in this slower-paced class designed to relax, stretch and strengthen your body with gentle yoga poses, movement, and centered breathing. This "low and slow" class takes place primarily on the floor but may also include standing poses and movement to improve posture, balance, and breath. Bring your mat, a blanket or large towel, and (optional) blocks. Mats safely distanced.
